Los supervisores tienen muchas responsabilidades con respecto a sus empleados, con ellos mismos y sus superiores. Para realizar esas funciones con éxito, los nuevos supervisores necesitan habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, delegación, resolución de conflictos y problemas, planificación y mucho más.

 

Comenzar en un trabajo significa que iniciamos una curva de aprendizaje. El rol de supervisión no es distinto. Debe acoger su nueva encomienda y comprender lo que significa ese nuevo rol, dejando atrás su función anterior. En este curso aprenderá algunas estrategias para lograr el éxito, hacer la transición e incursionar en la zona de aprendizaje.
